Prescribed Qualification / Experience

) 5% by selection through the Punjab Public Service Commission from amongst the Senior SubEngineer (BS-16) or Sub-Engineers (BS-14) who have three years' service in the functional unit and;
a) Have B.E or B.Sc. (second division) in Civil Engineering from a University recognized by the
Higher Education Commission and Pakistan Engineering council; and
b) Registered with Pakistan Engineering Council.
Note:
a) Three years’ service in the functional Unit of the Local Government & Community Development
Department is mandatory.
b) The Service Certificate must be signed and stamped by the Competent Authority of the functional
Unit.

One paper of MCQ type Written Test of 100 marks and
