- Fill Online Application: Complete the online application form on the FPSC portal. Provide an active email address and mobile number, as test notifications are sent via SMS/email.
- Departmental Permission (DPC): Serving government employees must obtain a Departmental Permission Certificate (DPC) prior to applying and enter its details in the application.
