Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification:
Candidates must possess 16 years of education from an HEC-approved institution in any of the following fields:
- Peace and Conflict Studies
- International Relations (IR)
- Media & Communication Studies
- Strategic Studies
- Cyber Security
- Artificial Intelligence (AI)
- Data Science
- Software Engineering
- Computer Science
- Information Security
- Digital Forensics
Experience & Specialized Skills:
- 0 to 2 years of post-qualification experience in the relevant field.
- Experience in OSINT, SOCMINT, GEOINT, Threat Intelligence, Digital Investigations, Online Research, and Analytical Reporting. Relevant international certifications will be considered an added advantage.
- Developing and managing AI or Software applications.
- Media management, basic administration, education, narrative building, and specialized knowledge in peace, conflict resolution, counter-terrorism, and extremism.
Age Limit & Relaxation:
The standard age limit is up to 30 years. A general age relaxation of 5 years is already included, making the effective maximum age limit 35 years. Further age relaxation will be admissible as per the Relaxation of Upper Age Limit Rules, 1993. Minimum and maximum age shall be calculated on the closing date for receipt of applications.
Salary & Benefits
Pay Scale: BPS-17 (Federal Government)
Estimated Gross Salary Range: PKR 75,000 – PKR 110,000 per month (approximate, depending on standard federal allowances, initial basic pay, and official entitlement).
